Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026. horo is built to need as little information as possible. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
Your results stay in your browser
Every result - compatibility maps, Personal Matrices, Life Path and Personal Year numbers - is calculated in your browser. The birthdays you enter are not sent to our servers, are not placed in page addresses (URLs), and are not included in analytics. Names are optional, stay in your browser tab, and are never sent anywhere. There is no account or signup.
Saving your birthday on this device
If you tick “Remember my birthday on this device”, we store it in your browser's local storage so you do not have to re-enter it. This happens only after you opt in. The saved birthday stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be removed at any time using the remove option in the app or by clearing your browser's site data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and whether features work as expected. We do not send birthdays or anything derived from them, including signs and numbers, to analytics. Google may process standard technical information such as device type, approximate location and pages viewed, according to its own policies.
Advertising
Some pages may show clearly labeled advertising. If ads are enabled, ad partners may use cookies subject to your consent choices. We never share birthdays, names or results with advertisers, and ads never appear inside calculators or in the middle of a result's text.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share birthdays with advertisers. We do not use your information to build profiles for marketing.
Contact
Questions or requests about your data can be sent to [email protected]. If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
